About This Course

In today’s ever-changing world, change is the only permanent thing in life. To sustain our business continuity, we need to improve ourselves in terms of PQCDSM (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety and Morale) business indices continuously. Each business indices will be explained with examples related to participants real life cases. 

The session will be conducted in workshop format, with reference to the client’s products and processes to achieve the most hands-on approach and practical experience of implementation of continuous improvement activities. 

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to: 

  • Establish business indices and actions to support the achievement of each indices 
  • Use the correct business mapping tools to identify weaknesses 
  • Analyze the causes of the weakness 
  • Develop action items to overcome the weaknesses 
  • Document the actions and prevent recurrence
