Diploma in Manufacturing Technology (Level 4)
The DMT L4 provides students with invaluable hands-on machine tool experience and industrial training especially in CAD/CAM, advance machining, technology of manufacturing, materials engineering and control system.
Who should attend?
Junior technicians, apprentices and SKM L3 graduates.
Priority for 1 year experience working adult with SKM L3 certificates.
Course Objectives
Train students to master CAD/CAM application and advance machining such as 4 axis machining process.
Train students to master the fundamental of control system such as PLC, hydraulic and pneumatic function
.Provide students with knowledge and ability to plan manufacturing process.
Provide opportunities for a more competitive career in the machining industry (aerospace components, medical equipment and others).
Lead to acquiring the JPK DLKM Level 5 Certificates.

Course Methodology
50% Theory and 50% extensive hands on practical sessions.
Futher Advencement
ALL DMT L4 “graduates” with JPK DKM Level 4 (MC-050-4) are eligible to continue DLKM Level 5
(MC-050-5).
