Essential Business Communication

About This Course

With English being the current lingua franca in numerous industries, including international business, education, science, technology, diplomacy and aviation, having the ability to understand and express yourself confidently in English is vital in modern business environments, both for spoken and written communication and for career advancement opportunities.

During this extensive, interactive series of workshops, you'll develop the language and soft skills  you need excel at a range of essential business disciplines, including email and report writing, networking, presentations, negotiating, participating in meetings and conflict resolution.
 

Participate in discussions, roleplays, quizzes, surveys and puzzles and complete a range of authentic, business-focused assignments to practice key skills that will enhance your verbal and written communication skills and help take your career to the next level.

Prerequisites

Pre-intermediate English proficiency (CEFR A2-B1 level) or higher
