About This Course

Business Continuity Management (BCM) is a process to identify potential risks that threaten an organization and to provide a plan for building resilience and effective response that safeguards the interests of its key stakeholders, reputation and to limit its legal liabilities. BCM is a time tested process to ensure a business takes actions to prevent, prepare, respond and recover (P2R2) to a disaster or disruption.

This business continuity management training program provides the understanding, guidelines and tools to the participants.  Group activities sessions are planned to ensure hands-on participation on the use of the relevant tools and processes.  Where applicable the actual ISO 22301 key elements process and methodology are used as a professional approach.
