PENANG, 22 September 2023 – Penang Skills Development Centre is very pleased to announce a new partnership with Saylor Academy, which will provide pathways to learning key business and entrepreneurial skills, using Saylor’s free and on-demand courses.

As part of Penang Skills Development Centre’s mission to uplift economies by educating and equipping entrepreneurs worldwide, Penang Skills Development Centre students and staff will use Saylor Academy’s English as a Second Language series, as well as leverage its Professional Development courses to teach key employability skills.

Penang Skills Development Centre and Saylor Academy both recognize that people face complex barriers to education and skills, not least of which are time and financial resources. This partnership allows students to develop key skills on-demand, and will help them become even more competitive once they enter the marketplace.
