About The Event

This course equips you with all the basics, fundamentals and the understanding of RF and microwave principles. This course acts as a stepping stone to a number of more advanced RF and Microwave engineering courses. It is specially recommended for engineers who are newcomers to RF industry.

Prerequisite:
Good understanding of circuit theory and basic communication systems.

Speaker's Profile:
Mr. Ng Chong Lay holds a First-class honour of BEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. He has more than 5 years of experience in the RF field which started in RF research assistance at the University of Taiwan. Currently, he is the chied RF software engineer in FILPAL which works on solving RF mathematical models and designing various types of RF software applications to support the RF design cycles. He also works on designing, simulating and testing RF & microwave narrow band and broadband filters.
