SPM Leavers :
- Pass SPM & English
- Credits in 3 subjects (3 Cs) (Mathematics, Science/Technical/Vocational subject, and 1 any other subject)
UEC Leavers :
- Pass UEC & English
- Credits in 3 subjects (3 Bs) (Mathematics, Science/Technical/Vocational subject, and 1 any other subject)
STPM Leavers :
- Pass STPM
- At least Grade C (NGMP 2.0) in 1 subject
- Pass Mathematics, English, and 1 Science/Technical/ Vocational subject in SPM
Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Holders :
- Pass Level 3 of Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) or Vocational/Technical Certificate
- Pass SPM with at least 1 credit in any subject
- At least 1 year relevant working experience (employer letter required) OR minimum 1 semester in a Bridging Program
Others :
- Completion of a Recognised Certificate in Engineering/Engineering Technology in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 2.0
- Any equivalent overseas qualification recognised by the Malaysian Government
