Responsibilities

• Support of company agency product.
• Assess customer needs, explain and demonstrate the product performance to customer
• Provide technical support to customer
• Develop new products and enhancing knowledge of user technical feedbacks and adherence to new product technical knowledge.
• Work closely with teams to create product requirements documentation according to business initiatives that will bring new product functionalities
• Maintain and build professional relationships with customers
• To undertake and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior/ Manager.

Requirements

• Possess at least Certificate or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Industrial/Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
• Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Must have own vehicle transport
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
• Experience in automation production is added advantage.
