Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers which includes demonstration, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and commissioning of Industrial Equipment.
- Provide training and after sales service support to customers on the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
- Respond to customer requests and take corrective actions within target timeline.
- Liaise closely with customers, suppliers and teammates.
- Maintain daily communication with customers and ensure resolution and proper follow-ups.
- Identify and participate in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system sales.
- Prepare service reports, quotations and costing.
- Perform PM periodically.
Requirements
- Possess a Degree in Physic/Chemical/Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Semiconductor industry and XRF or TXRF product will be an advantage.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel domestically or overseas.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, resourceful & able to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Attention to details possess problem resolution and creative thinking capabilities.
