Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers which includes demonstration, installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and commissioning of Industrial Equipment.
• Provide training and after sales service support to customers on the operation and maintenance of the equipment.
• Respond to customer requests and take corrective actions within target timeline.
• Liaise closely with customers, suppliers and teammates.
• Maintain daily communication with customers and ensure resolution and proper follow-ups.
• Identify and participate in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system sales.
• Prepare service reports, quotations and costing.
• Perform PM periodically.

Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Physic/Chemical/Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in Semiconductor industry and XRF or TXRF product will be an advantage.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel domestically or overseas.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, resourceful & able to adapt to changing circumstances.
• Attention to details possess problem resolution and creative thinking capabilities.
