Audit manufacturing processes and inspect products to ensure quality and reliability.
Perform engineering testing, First Article Inspection, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Interpret engineering drawings and collaborate with management on quality standards.
Check for compliance with ESD practices, documentation, training, and process integrity.
Test products at various production stages for dimensional, mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic quality.
Record and analyze audit data using statistical quality control methods; prepare reports.
Recommend improvements to quality and production standards.
Calibrate and maintain inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges).
Manage calibration schedules and documentation.
Generate quality reports and support process improvements based on test data.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent in Engineering or related field.
Knowledge of quality control methods and tools.
Experience or knowledge in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and PCB inspection.
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
