Responsibilities

• Audit manufacturing processes and inspect products to ensure quality and reliability.  
• Perform engineering testing, First Article Inspection, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.  
• Interpret engineering drawings and collaborate with management on quality standards.  
• Check for compliance with ESD practices, documentation, training, and process integrity.  
• Test products at various production stages for dimensional, mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic quality.  
• Record and analyze audit data using statistical quality control methods; prepare reports.  
• Recommend improvements to quality and production standards.  
• Calibrate and maintain inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, height gauges).  
• Manage calibration schedules and documentation.  
• Generate quality reports and support process improvements based on test data.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent in Engineering or related field.  
• Knowledge of quality control methods and tools.  
• Experience or knowledge in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and PCB inspection.  
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.  
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.  
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.  
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
