Responsibilities
- Assist the project lead for the overall planning, execution and completion of projects which include coordination, manhours budgeting, scheduling and deliverables submission
- Coordinate project team and ensure delivery of assigned projects in line with project schedule, budget and specifications requirement
- Chair project and operation meetings, prepare minutes of meeting
- Solving engineering issues, clashes and conflicts between disciplines
- Manage and track design changes, record schedule and manhours impact
- Monitor project’s schedule and manhours overrun by frequently update common shared
- project folder and generate project status report
- Provide support to management and sections in daily operations
- Report the status of resource utilization, workloads, area of concerns and progress for all projects
- Any other associated tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time by management or headquarters
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- No experience candidates are welcome, on job training provided
- Good verbal and written communication skill
- Demonstrated organizational and planning capabilities
- Strong problem solving and conflict management skill
