Responsibilities

•    Managing and mechanical assembly parts for Work Order, Conversion Kit, Warranty, Consignment, Bundle and Check & Repair
•    Assemble standard and non-standard mechanical components into the assembly or sub-assembly parts
•    Perform checking upon completion of works and triggering Planner for next processes and pending items
•    Oversee work order/production process and follow-up closely with work order/production schedules
•    Work with other team for wiring items and testing
•    Provide guidance, mentoring and training to new/junior team member/colleague
•    Initiate problem-solving and overcome process as to reduce for task ordering related problem or delays
•    Ensure the continuous implementation of 5S, Kaizen improvement, workplace management and housekeeping standards
•    Stock count for consumable items (for stock refill Production)
•    Manage and responsibility for support Spare parts team and Conversion kits team to achieve they target for shipment
•    For (Check & Repair) providing the checklist to Planner; if process required dismantle and assembly
•    For (Bundle) and (Consignment) - require assemble accordingly and generate report
•    For (Warranty) - required dismantle (Old design) and assembly (New design) and generate report
•    To follow up on the shortage part from planner

Handler IPC & Vision Assembly
•    Receive and record down all IPC component into server
•    Assembly and install all required cards into IPC according to layout provided
•    To ensure all software be installed into the IPC base on W/O
•    To ensure all the data been saved into the PC & recording all evidence for traceability
•    Supporting on Production & Engineering team for verification & troubleshooting if issue found on PC
•    Receive and ensure record down all Vision Component into server
•    Assembly, install & align camera & lens
•    Assembly and clean 5S prism or any prism related items
•    Assembly and align module
•    Support on any documentation needed for ISO standard
•    To follow up on all the material to be received according to the schedule plan
•    Prepare camera configuration checklist for every W/O
•    Plan on the W/O priority base on master schedule

Mechanical & Electrical Assembly
•    Assemble mechanical components into finished or sub-assembly modules according to assembly drawings and work instruction with meeting the quality criteria
•    Maintain the paperwork on modules assembles for documentation purpose
•    Perform machine’s wiring accordingly to wiring diagrams provided
•    Perform proper wiring labelling
•    Perform wiring’s QC check upon completion of works
•    Assist on troubleshooting wiring issue and IO wiring checking
•    Assisting in continuous improvement ideas to improve safety, quality and productivity of mechanical assembly and machine’s wiring
 

Requirements

•    Candidate must possess at least SPM or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electrical, or equivalent)
•    Ability to use own initiative and work with minimal supervision
•    Flexible attitude and good interpersonal skills
•    Energy and drive to meet and exceed requirements
•    Willing to work long hour and during after office hour, off day and weekend when needed & got any urgent cases
•    Ability to trouble shoot & solve Conversion Kits & Spare Part problems and work independently
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, willing to learn and work hard
•    Extra skill needed: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
•    Required languages: Malay, English
•    Possess teamwork spirit, positive attitude, initiative and self-motivated
