Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
Requirements
Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields
Knowledge of manufacturing and production processes
Experience with process control and equipment operation
Understanding of safety, quality, and environmental standards (ISO, ESD)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work shifts and overtime as needed
Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred
Knowledge of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and PCB processes is a plus
