Responsibilities
- GENERAL DUTIES:
- Set and operates conventional and CNC machines to perform machining and / or assembly of parts and/or secondary process operations; performs in-process inspection; ensure meeting quality, cost & cycle time target; enters data and maintains records.
- REPRESENTATIVE MAJOR FUNCTIONS:
- Sets and operates conventional machines milling, grinding and turning.
- Sets and operates CNC machines and understand basic programming or program editing of a routine nature.
- Reads and interprets drawings and performs in-process inspection using caliper, micrometer, microscope and gauge tools.
- Maintains production records and performs housekeeping of tools and equipment and practice safe working habit.
- Perform assembly and installation accessary on parts.
- Others activity shall be assign by superior from time to time.
- TRAINING:
- Attend necessary job related trainings as required in training matrix.
Requirements
- SPM/Skill cert/Diploma/Degree related field
