Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a variety of machine tools including CNC milling machines, CNC Turn mill and CNC equipment.
• Measure, examine, and test completed units to detect defects and ensure compliance with specifications using precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Conduct quality checks and document inspection results. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with production equipment and processes.
• Work closely with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to improve production processes and ensure efficient workflow. Provide feedback and suggestions for improvements in machinery and production techniques.
• Keep detailed records of operations, including material usage, machine settings, and production outputs. Report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Requirements

• SKM/Certificate or Diploma in the field of Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of CNC Programs and CAD CAM.
• Ability to read and interprets technical drawings.
