Admin Assistant/Executive

Responsibilities

  • Perform administration and support of admin activities.
  • Prepare purchase order, DO, sales quotation, Invoice and all related documentation.
  • Ensure all documents are complete and updated.
  • Maintaining good filing system.
  • To undertake and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior/ Manager.

Requirements

  • Preferable Languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Experienced in SQL Accounting System is added advantage.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
