Responsibilities
- Perform administration and support of admin activities.
- Prepare purchase order, DO, sales quotation, Invoice and all related documentation.
- Ensure all documents are complete and updated.
- Maintaining good filing system.
- To undertake and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior/ Manager.
Requirements
- Preferable Languages: English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Experienced in SQL Accounting System is added advantage.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
