Key Responsibilities:

Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

Support document preparation, formatting, and distribution.

Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.

Maintain and update records, databases, and office inventories.

Liaise with internal departments to provide administrative support.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all documentation.

Requirements

For finance Role : Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting or Related fields

Non Finance Role : Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
