Responsibilities

Internship Opportunity

Gain valuable hands-on experience in administrative operations and support various departments to help ensure smooth day-to-day business functions.

Available Departments:

  • Finance

  • Corporate Training

  • Business Development

  • Marketing

  • Human Resource

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

  • Support document preparation, formatting, and distribution.

  • Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.

  • Maintain and update records, databases, and office inventories.

  • Liaise with internal departments to provide administrative support.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all documentation.

Note: Specific duties will depend on the department you are assigned to.

Requirements

  • For finance Role : Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting or Related fields 

  • Non Finance Role : Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

  • Available to work in Bayan Lepas
