About This Course
The Certified Innovation Centric Organization Expert program is an intensive five-day training designed to equip professionals with the knowledge and tools to drive innovation within their organizations. Through a structured approach, participants will explore key areas such as digital innovation culture, user desirability, technology feasibility, and market viability. The program covers the entire innovation lifecycle, from the foundational stages of inspiration and ideation to the development, implementation, and iteration phases. Participants will engage with the Navlan Innovation Management Framework i13®, learning how to align organizational structure, vision, and strategy to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
The ultimate outcome of this program is to help participants develop a comprehensive Innovation Management Framework draft or blueprint for their organizations. Over the five days, participants will work through practical exercises, case studies, and group discussions to apply key concepts and frameworks to real-world scenarios. They will learn to identify digital and innovation projects, assess risks, develop innovation policies and procedures, and track success using key metrics. The program culminates with a certification assessment, ensuring participants are equipped to lead and implement effective innovation strategies and drive sustainable growth through digital transformation.
