About This Course
This 2-day applied program helps Finance SSC/GBS teams move from AI-assisted productivity to agentic automation across P2P, O2C and R2R. Participants begin with Microsoft's everyday tools to deliver quick AI wins — simplifying work, standardising decisions, and reducing manual effort then — progress to designing and prototyping multi-step workflows using automation with clear human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
The course focuses on practical use cases such as invoice intake and exception handling, dispute/ticket triage, and close-task coordination. By the end, teams will have a workflow blueprint, exception playbook, and a prototype-ready specification linked to operational KPIs such as cycle time, touchless rate, rework reduction, and SLA performance.
