About This Course
This two-day program equips Finance SSC/GBS professionals with practical AI literacy and safe GenAI usage for day-to-day finance operations. Participants learn core AI/ML and GenAI concepts, apply prompt & context engineering to finance tasks (reconciliation narratives, policy drafts, SLA communications), and develop "AI assists, humans decide" habits to reduce manual effort while protecting confidentiality and compliance.
