Responsibilities

2. To perform all assembly job for all parts to meet customer delivery date. 
3. To ensure all parts or component using the right assembly detail and must follow the Work Instruction and sop. 
4. To read, understand and follow process documents, work instruction and drawings to gather information regarding job. 
5. To set up, arrange, and operate equipment as per the specifications and instructions from the supervisor. 
6. To perform regular test and inspection procedures to ensure that the product is formed in accordance with the specifications. 
7. To implement and identify needs for improvement by conveying it to the senior personnel, so that quality of products is maintained. 
8. To maintain and update the results related to various tests and inspection procedures conducted regarding the product specification. 
9. To ensure all instrument and tools are calibrated and safe to use. 
10. To maintain cleanliness of the instrument and tools are used. 
11. To attend daily production and prepare all job task accordingly. 
12. Responsible for housekeeping in assembly area. 
13. To assist supervisor, engineer for any processes when required.

Requirements

1.   Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing or related field. 
2.   Minimum 1–2 years working experience in assembly or manufacturing environment. 
3.   Able to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, or assembly manuals. 
4.   Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments (e.g. torque wrench, calipers) 
5.   Familiar with safety procedures and PPE requirements.
