Responsibilities
- Responsible for onsite system setup and testing for machine vision system such as Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) machine.
- Perform troubleshooting and provide technical assistance to customers.
- Responsible for minor and basic mechanical fine-tuning and adjustment in-house and on-site.
- Integrate and configure machine vision related hardware such as lighting, controller, camera, lenses and optics.
- Provide training to customers.
- Perform sample evaluation to study machine vision / motion control feasibility.
- Maintain daily communication with customers to ensure tasks and action items are well follow up on-site.
- Perform daily reporting through email to customers and respective teams on your daily activities.
Requirements
- Preferably in bachelor’s degree / Postgraduate in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting on equipment is preferred.
- Knowledge of machine vision / image processing / motion control is an added advantage.
- Responsible, able to work independently, initiative and good interpersonal skills.
- Discipline, strong time management skill, multi-tasking with priority planning.
- Able to travel locally / overseas.
