Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other payroll-related data.
  • Prepare and submit statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB) within required deadlines.
  • Generate payroll reports and support finance in month-end closing activities.
  • Handle queries from employees regarding payroll , payslips, and statutory matters.
  • Liaise with Finance, HR and external agencies on payroll-related matters.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum Requirement : Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in payroll processing (preferably using Kakitangan) 
  • Strong understanding of Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax).
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems.
