This behavioral-based interviewing workshop provides a structured process that is legally defensive-able and that can be consistently applied throughout the organization, wherever the locations or the number of sites.
It focuses on the past proven behaviors required for the incumbent to be successful in a particular job. The interview process also requires the interviewer to probe for motivational fit – identifying what motivates the incumbent – to promote the chances of enhancing employee job satisfaction.
