Introduction

This course has been designed to help business owner and business development personnel seeking to add digital marketing into their marketing mix.

Each module will use technical and subject matter experts to bring relevant and concise course material for each participant. At the same time, customised case studies and business simulations coupled with extensive hands-on of the use of internet is included throughout course delivery. There will be group discussions and whiteboard and flip chart to assist in discussion.

Target Audience

SME owners and Business Development Manager who are planning to growing an existing organisation or customer base or seeking to add a digital component to their existing marketing skill set.

Prerequisite

Participants must own a laptop with Chrome browser. At the same time, the participant must have basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and own a Facebook Page.
