Objectives
At the end of the course, participants should be able to:
- Understand the PCB Design and Manufacturing
- Understand the key components and processes of wave soldering for reliable results.
- Identify and address common defects and machine-related issues in wave soldering.
- Deepen competence in testing methodologies for RoHS and REACH, emphasizing practical approaches and the significance of third-party testing.
- Understanding of moisture-sensitive electronic components, including their classifications, potential risks, and best practices for proper handling, storage, and prevention of moisture-related damage
- The fundamentals of Industry 4.0 and its applications
- Understand, appreciate and adopt the key behavioral attributes to strive in the workplace
- Understand the concept of AI and its application in manufacturing
- Understand the important concepts of machine vision and its application in manufacturing
- Understanding ESD and its application
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0
- Age: 18 - 30 years old
- Minimum Qualification :
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Degree in Mechatronics Engineering
- Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering
- Unemployed and have not participated in any similar programme
- Willing to work in manufacturing companies in Penang
