Objectives
At the end of the course, participants should be able to:
- Nomenclature and construction material characteristics of an IC Package
- Process sensitivities of IC Package manufacturing (Yield improvement)
- Process troubleshooting and problem solving (Cause and effect diagram)
- What are the various machine process parameters needed for good product yields
- How do we operate and perform maintenance for the WS, SMT, MCOB (FOL &EOL) and Testing equipment towards zero downtime
- The fundamentals of Industry 4.0 and its applications
- Understand, appreciate and adopt the key behavioral attributes to strive in the workplace
- Understand the concept of AI and its application in manufacturing
- Understand the important concepts of machine vision and its application in manufacturing
- Understanding ESD and its application
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum CGPA of 3.0
- Age: 18 - 30 years old
- Minimum Qualification :
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Degree in Mechatronics Engineering
- Degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering
- Unemployed and have not participated in any similar programme
- Willing to work in manufacturing companies in Penang
