Responsibilities
- Execute planning according to superior advise
- Manage, install and monitor all installed system.
- Manage and Install and Configure new system Project
- Maintain security, backup for system Server
- Provide 2nd level support and escalate to 3rd level support (supplier)
- Troubleshooting and resolving all technical issues when they arise
- Liaise with Helpdesk (supplier) for problem resolution
- Provide training and presentation for end users on system request
- Deals with work process and optimization methods in the given projects for the successful accomplishments according to the requirements of the stakeholders
- Adhere and enforce IT System and User Policy procedure SOP
- Response in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Provide support across the site and recommendation on prevention for intrusion from hackers/virus/malware
- Learn new product given/introduce as given by management
- To perform any ad-hoc tasks as required by the Company
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Degree in Electronic, IT, Engineering or equivalent
- 3 years related experiences
- Skills/knowledge on SQL, networking and VMware.
