Responsibilities

• Develop production process parameters, develop consumables life, and confirm equipment DFM

• Evaluate fixtures that meet the functions, including developing fixture accuracy, life, assembly standards, and developing test plans

• Evaluate hot melt and USW equipment, and be able to debug hot melt machines and USW

• Evaluate dispensing equipment and be able to operate dispensing machines

• Be proficient in dispensing machine control systems, and handle product dispensing problems in a timely manner

• Review glue TDS and MSDS and other information, and set dispensing and curing parameters according to glue characteristics

• Setup, debugging, and maintenance of robot

Requirements

• Major in mechanics, materials, industrial engineering is preferred

• Can speak English fluently

• Minimum three years of work experience, have engineering analysis ability, good communication skills, can use robot is preferred

• Familiar with assembly process, including printing/dispensing/hot melt/USW welding and other related process development experience

• Have the ability to recognize 2D and 3D drawings, and can analyze dimensional tolerances

• Active work, active learning and strong stress resistance, good teamwork ability, can cooperate with overtime

• Proficient in office software, with excellent reporting ability is preferred

• IE knowledge is preferred
