Responsibilities

• To support production on routing shift and performing preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting on equipment & machinery and do method solving & problem on machines at production lines
• Conduct basic Repair / troubleshoot machines problem at production line with assist from Technicians 2, 3 or 4
• Assists in the installation of new equipment and machines
• To create, execute & update Preventive Maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance for line equipment, machines, and jig/fixtures according to Master Schedule List per Standard defined
• To liaise with Maintenance Section or Engineer for maintenance plan and spare parts Availability/replacement/controlling
• Work with Technicians 1, 2, 3 & 4, Engineer / Supervisor in the day-to-day operation
• Performs routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts
• Documents work performed and preventive maintenance records
• Carry out any other duties assigned by technicians 3 or 4 and direct superior from time to time
• To provide verbal & written communication on equipment downtime, improvement, and document it for future reference
• To ensure the design and the utilization of the machines & equipment are made according with all the Safety features / regulation
• To ensure 5s is being carried out at workplace and follow Safety Rules & Regulation during work being carried out
• Spare parts arrangement
• To support Ad Hoc tasks assigned by direct superior from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma or Advance (Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electronics)
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to read and communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage as need to liaise with China counterparts
• Skill Troubleshooting and repairing the machines in minor & major issue
• Must have basic on the mechanical / Electrical in manufacturing field
• Do how to do machines preventive maintenance and carry out the preventive maintenance
• High skills with full knowledge’s which able to solve the route shift issue relate to machines or fixtures at production lines
• Must have positive mindset, good attitude and responsibility on work
• Hardworking and flexible and independent
