Responsibilities

• Lead and organizing Incoming Quality Control department.
• Monitor incoming inspected as per SOP and acceptance criteria
• Quick response on abnormality part and lead meeting
• Liaison with production personal and vendor on line rejection
• Daily NC part review and follow up with vendor and purchaser
• Data collection on monitoring to ensure the process are within control
• Issue inspection report and labels / quality issue
• Systematically handling the non-conformance parts
• Stop non-conformance parts from continue to the next process
• Perform outgoing spare part testing & inspection
• Prepare, file & maintain inspection record
• Maintain the product inspection test jig & fixture
• Design jig & fixture

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years working experience in related field is preferred
• Attention to details
• Strong analytical and problem solving sills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Candidates with strong academic results, working performance & interpersonal skills but with less experience than required may be considered for junior position
