Provide on-site technical support for system setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of vision inspection machines.
Conduct system diagnostics and resolve technical issues efficiently at customer sites.
Travel domestically and overseas to support customer deployments and build strong client relationships.
Deliver knowledge transfer and training to customers and channel partners.
Collaborate closely with the R&D team to provide real-world insights for product improvement based on field feedback.
Requirements
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical), Computer Science, or related fields.
1–2 years of relevant experience in field support or technical customer service is a plus (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are welcome).
Strong customer-oriented mindset with good communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently in dynamic environments.
Willing to travel frequently, both locally and abroad.
Own transport is required.
Flexible and able to work extended hours when needed
