Field Support Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site technical support for system setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of vision inspection machines.
  • Conduct system diagnostics and resolve technical issues efficiently at customer sites.
  • Travel domestically and overseas to support customer deployments and build strong client relationships.
  • Deliver knowledge transfer and training to customers and channel partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the R&D team to provide real-world insights for product improvement based on field feedback.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical), Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in field support or technical customer service is a plus (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are welcome).
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently in dynamic environments.
  • Willing to travel frequently, both locally and abroad.
  • Own transport is required.
  • Flexible and able to work extended hours when needed
