Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic partnerships with SMEs and member companies
- Execute effective customer relationship management and sales strategies
- Promote, market, and sell PSDC’s corporate training programs and technical solutions
- Position PSDC’s core technical capabilities to drive sales and margin growth
- Build strong networks with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders
- Participate in forums, conferences, and industry events to generate leads
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality and offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field (strongly preferred / required)
- Candidates with a background in Management, Sales, or Marketing must have relevant technical experience
- Proficient in English and Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage
- Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills
- Excellent relationship management skills with a focus on client retention
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Willing to travel for client meetings, networking, and business development activities
