Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development and Sales Executive at PSDC, located in Bayan Lepas, Penang. The Business Development and Sales Executive will play a key role in driving business growth by promoting PSDC’s corporate training programs and capabilities to the industry.
Key responsibilities include:

Implementing strategic partnerships with SMEs and member companies

Executing effective customer relationship management and sales strategies

Promoting, marketing, and selling PSDC’s corporate training programs and solutions

Marketing PSDC’s core capabilities to drive sales and margin growth

Networking and engaging with key decision-makers and industry influencers

Participating in forums, conferences, and industry platforms to promote PSDC and generate new business leads

Acquiring and analyzing customer feedback on PSDC’s services and programs to improve offerings and satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Sales, Marketing, or Engineering (Engineering or IT background is an added advantage)
- Proficient in English and Malay; knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills, with a focus on service quality and client retention
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing and able to travel for client meetings, networking events, and business development activities
