Responsibilities
- Undertake product buy-off obligation and ensure the results met customer’s expectations
- Ensure comprehensive buy-off procedures documented properly
- Provide hands-on support including but not limited to training, problem solving and feedback to customers on timely manner
- Proactively communicate with end-user for machine installation schedules and arrangement
- Embark machine installation support and commissioning on site.
- Ensure end-user is capable to handle the machine after the training is conducted
- Initiative to communicate with related parties for the on-going projects and ensure the completion project according to the planned schedules
- Ensure the machine supplied is properly installed, maintained and support customer’s operation effectively and efficiently as and when required
- Provide after sales and service support to customer as and when required
- Work well with inter-department and support when needed
- Must presence with positive attitude and growth mindset at all times.
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management from time to time
Requirements
- Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Possess positive work attitude and eager to learn new skills
- Able to work under pressures
- Able to support after normal work hours when required
- Able to travel within Malaysia and overseas when required
