Responsibilities
  • Carry out service, repair, and buyoff of company machines and equipment as per the recommendation by company's engineering documentation, technical manual, and guideline
  • Assemble machine and carry out wiring work per the design of the equipment
  • Prepare training materials and conduct training to the customers
  • Provide assistances for machine software & hardware upgrades support to customers as well as evaluation to find solutions on customer’s modification requests
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair jobs at field. Escalate issue to the immediate superior, if required
  • Report all aspects of each customer's service job to the company
  • Support Sales team on marketing activities, such as installation and demonstration when necessary
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics engineering or equivalent related working experience
  • Have experience in machine assembly manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings. Knowledge of software basics for machine setup and service will be added advantage
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in team environment
  • Able to work irregular hours, if required and willing to travel extensively
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive thinking and willing to provides extended support to customer
  • Enjoy learning new things and willing to accept new challenges
  • Fresh graduates with excellent academic qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply
