  • Responsible for planning and achievement of projected sales target for Semiconductor in Northern Regional (Penang) and reporting to regional office.
  • Forecasting of Sales Target for products under his/her care.
  • Generate weekly report to superior.
  • Review sales performance, sales quota during monthly sale meeting with management.
  • To foster good relations with customers thru building good rapport, entertainment, meetings, understanding and attending to their needs and requirements.
  • Co-ordinate with Service Department in ensuring good service support to customers.
  • To participate in Semicon Shows/ exhibition.
  • To maintain & foster good relationship between customer and company.
  • Ensure the full closure of the sales orders to receipt of the payments.
  • Servicing of current customer accounts and expanding new accounts for existing & new product range.
  • Ensure that the sales goals and targets are in line with the Business Unit Goals and objectives.
  • Regular update and training on related technical product knowledge.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • At least 01 year(s) of working experience in Semiconductor industry is an added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia both in written & communication.
  • Preferable Mandarin & English Speaker.
  • Able to communicate in Japanese will be an added advantage.
  • Candidate must possess own transport and willing to travel as and when required.
  • Matured and can work independently.
