Responsibilities
  • Accountable for new sample follow-up and ensure part within specification. Compilation of customer requested new sample documentation such as FAI, control plan, PFMEA, COC, ROHS etc
  • Liaise with customer on quality issue claim, verification, and RMA system entry
  • Coordinate customer complaints on quality issue, carry out root cause investigation with related process owner (production, engineering) and improvement action. Response to customer CAR/8D report within target date
  • Analyze customer quality issue and compile monthly customer meeting presentation material
  • Ensure that product non-conformance is reviewed and, necessary corrective actions implemented
  • Develop, implement, enforce, review and improve quality control system to ensure that all parts/products produced are in accordance with the relevant standards/specifications and the Company’s quality objectives are met
  • Liaise with all level staff (Include Production) to make sure all products are in good condition
  • Maintain a good relationship with customers
  • Manage sorting activities including raising purge notice for customer quality complaints
  • Provide Corrective Action Requests as needed based on customer complaints
  • Coordinate and accountable for internal continuous improvement activities
  • Organize and prepare for customer audit and visit
  • Participate in any special project/task as & when assigned by direct superior or Company
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Kawan, Pulau Pinang
