  • Assist QA Manager to oversee the QA Dept in ensuring only quality products are delivered to customers
  • Ensure all test and inspection procedures such as Incoming, In-process and Final Inspection are established
  • Ensuring that Inspection & Test methods are carried out and are effective in detecting defective products
  • Ensure that all customer complaints are well handled and corrective action is taken for all quality problems and thus prevent recurrence
  • Ensure that all corrective and preventive action taken is effective or to a level that commensurate with the risks encountered
  • Responsible for arranging manpower to carry out rework at customer’s premises whenever required
  • Ensure that all quality records are kept and well maintained for future reference purposes
  • Responsible to conduct basic quality control training for QC and Production personnel.
  • Assist in the analysis of QA problem
  • Tasks that specified in QMS such as QM, SOP and etc. Knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 is a plus
  • Other task assigned by superior
  • Education Level: Degree in related discipline.
  • Working Experience: Minimum 3 – 5 years working experience in similar field/position
  • Special Skill: Excellent in managerial skill/communication/supervisory/strategic planning
  • Special Knowledge: Solidworks, ISO & QA knowledge/QC inspection
  • Language: Good in written/spoken English/Malay/Mandarin
