Our Success Stories
The GDVT program has helped to improve my knowledge on the functions of the different mechanical and electrical systems in production, and how to trouble-shoot any problem that arises. GDVT is definitely recommended for those who want to continue learning and improve their skills.
I feel more confident and independent with the responsibility handed over to us in the workplace. The GDVT program help us to achieve our goal in Engineering
The GDVT modules have taught me how to identify and resolve problems to the machines, and about machine safety which is very useful in my daily work. I have also expanded my knowledge in Mechatronics, and in electrical and electronic installations. I believe GDVT is very effective to produce more skilled workers for the industry.
GDVT enables the apprentices to gain technical skills and knowledge, and to improve their performance in their daily work tasks. By offering quality program such as GDVT, the organisation gains better skilled employees with higher performances, and are also able to attract higher quality employees.
For me, the GDVT program will guarantee my future. After I graduated from this program I will be able to secure my employment.
Before joining the GDVT program, I have limited knowledge on Mechatronics and the functions of the various machines. GDVT has given me the opportunity to put what I have learned into real practice and improve my skills in handling different machines and systems. The progra also promotes a learning culture, teamwork and work discipline. I hope more employees get a chance to join this program to improve both their work and soft skills.
This program help me to experience work environment and combine theory learning at PSDC to further strenghten my engineering skill and knowledge.
The GDVT program is a win-win situation for both apprentices and companies. Upon completion of the program, apprentices obtain a recognised Malaysian Skills Certificate up to Advanced Diploma (DLKM/NOSS Level 5) with accreditation from the German Chamber (AHK), while the company gains a pool of well-trained and qualified employees.
With its 30% theoretical and 70% hands-on practical approach, GDVT produces employees who possess the practical skills and competencies needed by the company to achieve growth and profitability. Such skills and knowledge are not easily gained through the standard education system.
This program provides apprentices with excellent international-level skills that meets industry need for technical expertise in our talent.
This program provides apprentices a good platform to experience the theoretical knowledge in training center and practical know-how in industry. The guidance of competent coaches ensure the apprentices are able to perform their job immediately after they graduate.
