Executive - Student Recruiter

Responsibilities

  • Represent and promote FutureTech Academy at recruitment events such as but not limited to; school exhibitions, school visits, campus visit, company visits and public roadshows.
  • Respond to all channels of enquiries from prospective students and parents as per the timeframe in an efficient manner with focus on conversion to enrolment as per the sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local schools, including counselors, teachers, and community organizations, to raise awareness and interest of FutureTech Academy.
  • Organize and lead campus visits and student information sessions (in-person and virtual) to showcase FutureTech Academy programs to potential students.
  • Collaborate with other departments in planning for recruitment events such as open day weekends and workshops. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Communication / Education, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum two (2) years of work experience is preferred in sales, marketing, and/or student recruitment, or other relevant fields with requirements in achieving targets, preferably within an educational institution.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills to effectively convey accurate and relevant information about the institution and its programs to prospective students, parents, and educational partners.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with school counselors, teachers, community-based organizations, and prospective students.
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends, and travel for out-of-office assignments for recruitment events as required.
