The PSDC is a world-class, non-profit training and educational centre built on a tri-partied partnership model between the Government, Industry, and Academia. Backed by strong support and guidance from our Management Council, and driven by our quest for overall excellence, the PSDC embodies a dynamic and sustainable human capital development institution. For more than two decades, we have trained over 150,000 participants in more than 7,000 courses. Today, we have a Membership of 170 companies.
We continue to realise our vision as the preferred one-stop human development entity with a mission to promote shared learning for the manufacturing and services industries through the advent of PSDC 3.0, which focuses on supporting the New Economic Model to improve and accelerate the process of talent development in Malaysia.
